At North Sails, we are committed to performance and quality; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure the technical fabrics are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
